Adaptability

The TURTLE is another great addition to the Murphy Miller Monitoring Solutions specialized surveillance equipment. The TURTLE is a truck box camera system developed for Law Enforcement. The TURTLE is a sealed, self-contained, complete surveillance platform. The TURTLE utilizes a truck toolbox constructed out of metal for long life exposed to the elements. The optically clear-smoked ¼” acrylic window allowing for a significant field of view.

The 4 Mega Pixel camera includes WDR noise reduction, superior low light capabilities, 100x zoom, and multiple presets capability and touring application. The included Network Video Recorder contains a 2 terabyte hard drive allowing for up to 80 days of high definition recording before overwriting. The TURTLE includes a ruggedized network router with internet capabilities (Agency supplied static IP cellular SIM card) allows the Agency the ability to access and control the camera, review evidence, download video and still images to the TURTLE laptop via internet, or view and control live (with the app) from your iPhone. The system also contains an industrial 200+ amp hour battery (allowing for up to 5 days of deployment without recharging), and automatic high-quality charger for safe and efficient recharging. (Solar Panel accessory available.) The TURTLE allows the Agency the ability to plug in directly to the TURTLE and download to your TURTLE laptop, external hard drive, or to USB flash drive (for smaller size evidence captures). The TURTLE comes with laptop loaded with the appropriate TURTLE software, HDMI and Ethernet cords, and a 64 gig USB flash drive.
