The OWL Surveillance System is a comprehensive, adaptable, multi-point platform consisting of (up to) 8 individual cameras (OWLs) designed for large venues and expansive areas. The OWL surveillance system was developed for college environments and fairgrounds, but its adaptability allows for a variety of configurations and applications.

Just like the owl in nature, our system allows for a 360 degree field of view with excellent night vision capabilities.  The 4-megapixel Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) camera with 100 times zoom, bit-rate compression, H265, WDR capabilities, Infra-red illumination allows the operator the ability to observe objects and individuals clearly up to approximately 1500 feet away in daytime and 150 feet in low light conditions. The Point-to-Point (P2P) backbone allows for the OWL to be several miles away (line of sight) from the P2P access point and still deliver HD quality video. The OWLs are powered by conventional 120 volt AC current. The OWL 12 gauge steel ruggedized construction coupled with our engineered mounting bracket allows the OWL to adapt to multiple types of mounting situations. The OWLs can be integrated into your organization’s Ethernet backhaul utilizing a VLAN setup, making observation and recording possible at any Ethernet port location inside your organization’s network.

The OWL surveillance system comes with an 8 channel digital NVR with a 4 terabyte hard drive allowing for extended deployments. The NVR allows for instant retrieval of evidence and ability to download individual cameras or all cameras at once to a USB flash drive, external hard drive, or to the hard drive of the laptop supplied with your OWL Surveillance System.  

The OWL Surveillance System allows for the ability to deploy from 1 to 8 OWLS for multiple customizable configurations depending on the surveillance needs of the venue.
