The ARMADILLO is another great addition to the Murphy Miller Monitoring Solutions specialized surveillance equipment for Law Enforcement. The ARMADILLO is a Hotel/Motel drop camera surveillance system developed for Law Enforcement. The ARMADILLO is a hard case roller luggage shell with a self-contained 2 MP pinhole camera with a secure Point-to-Point (P2P) Wi-Fi transmitter and receiver attached to a recording console complete with 2 terabyte hard drive and ARMADILLO laptop. The ARMADILLO utilizes the P2P transmission allowing for significant transmission distances without diminished video quality or lag.

The 2 Mega-Pixel camera includes WDR noise reduction, superior low light capabilities, and 3.7mm focal point - allowing for clear and complete view of the undercover location. The ARMADILLO has an 18 amp hour battery allowing for extended deployments of 9+ hours, with a 30 amp hour battery upgrade option. The ARMADILLO includes Network Video Recorder with a 2 terabyte hard drive allows for non-compressed high definition recording. The ARMADILLO laptop allows for complete control of the streaming video and recording in real time, and the ability to download and burn evidence immediately for multiple suspect interactions.
